Magnify Call Reporting is the software tool that allows your business to:
- Get detailed reports of personnel call activity
- Identify local, long distance, and international calls being made
- Determine how busy your telephone lines are
- Determine how busy each extension is
- Improve efficiency by identifying bottlenecks
- Track clients through the use of account codes
Highlights:
- Your choice of 5 different report types: Extension, Line Number, Phone Number, Account Code, or Call Duration
- Report on inbound calls, outbound calls, transferred calls, or any combination
- Optionally specify date/time range, extension range, or line number range
- Reports are in HTML format and can be emailed if desired—the recipient does not need any special software to view the report!
- Clicking on any phone number in a report will activate a reverse lookup feature, allowing you to quickly tell who that phone number belongs to (when info is available)
- Main screen shows the last 10 calls that took place, allowing you to see at a glance the most recent call activity
